How have you been exercising lately?
My mid-wife suggested I wait twelve weeks after having Llewelyn before starting my regular exercise activities, but it’s been thirteen weeks and I still haven’t done more than go on walks or do the occasional yoga stretch. While I’m totally out of the habit, I still find myself excited to try something new. My friend is teaching a new Barre class, my husband has invited me to do Crossfit with him, and I keep hearing about how great these yoga videos are.
It made me wonder what else is out there? What should I try? Have you tried anything new? What has inspired you? Please share!
